Open letter to all SO members I may have hurt - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

well, this is basically a cut-and-paste from what I said to someone on the Movies board who has issues with me, but I figure I may as well post in here so everyone can see it (I removed a few from there)

I know I might've hurt some feelings when I was briefly associated with the PIB forum last winter. I really am sorry about it and feel like apologizing to the whole Chit Chat board would do better. I know I was wrong, but I really am trying to be a better person.

1. I quit boards (PIB too) cold turkey after that nasty email I sent Janice. Because I realized how much I was letting boards get the best of me after I realized what I said in that email (and at the time, I felt Janice deserved what I called her for meddling in other peoples business). I was letting the boards get the best of me instead of perspectiving things. Why let your blood boil over things like this? That is what I discovered.
2. that was 2004, this is 2005.
3. my motto of 2005 is to be a better more peaceful person. I don't want conflict with anyone. I actually left another board Brad started (but of course, some hate me because I talk to him) because of a conflict with one of the posters on there. I just want to avoid conflict and just try to get along with others. Conflict online IS NOT WORTH IT
4. The only people here who have the right to hate me are TJ and Janice. TJ received my email AFTER we made up in a room (which I had sent it before) and Janice got the brunt of my anger because I did not like the way she lynched those of us associated with PIB. And I felt (at the time) valid reasons to send the emails I sent to them. And you cannot hold THINGS I SAID IN THE HEAT OF ANGER against me.
5. I am trying my best to be a better person.
6. I am not going anywhere. I got messaged by Vashti that I was really wanted back on the music board and saw the thread DAX started for me, and I happen to like SO more than other boards I've posted at.
7. I've even dropped people who evoke negative emotions from me from my IM list, because I am trying to do away with that. I just want to be a nice, peaceful, happy, good guy. I know where I flubbed and want to make it up.
8. I am sorry about what I did that hurt people, I really am. That's about all I can do. I'm not gonna grovel to win people over, but at the same time, I'm not gonna just up and die because a few people hate my guts.

If you can be a decent human being and show me respect, I'll do the same to you. But if you're going to hate me over old **** that I've mentally paid my debt over, then you're the one with the problem. All I want is peace, give it to me and I'll give it to you.

Well I always got along good with you and I have no idea what the issues were between you and other SO members. Welcome back though and hopefully everyone can get along better now. Why is it whenever someone posts on other boards it seems to cause problems?
