What was the dish Debra made in the episode titled "Debra Makes Something Good"?

I just saw this episode on reruns, and they called it "brazole" or "frazole". I think it was pasta brazole but I can't find reference to that dish anywhere. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I didn't see the episode, but there's a dish called beef bracolia (sp??). It consists of beef, flattened like cutlets, and layered with various ingredients such as Italian ham, cheese, garlic, fresh parsley, even chopped hard boiled eggs. The beef is rolled up and tied with string and put into a casserole dish filled with tomato sauce. It's baked for quite a while to make it really tender. I remember my husband's mother used to make this. It's an old Italian recipe. It was really tasty too.

Someone in the cast described it as stuffed meat once. Frank said to Debra that it tasted sweet, and Debra replyed that most people use raisins, but she used currants.

The cast pronounced it several ways

(Pronounce the j as in the first G in George)

I've searched dictionary and recipie sites and cannot find a thing. It looks like JanLady 617 has come up with a good choice for the recipie, but what about the name?

I looked at an Everybody Loves Raymond site, and the Episode is named Debra makes something good. But nowhere did it say what it was...how annoying!!!
