I found a website (no longer around) with lots of screen shots of Mary Ann. I've placed most of them but can't remember which episdoe this one comes from.
Any help would help me sleep at night.

I believe thats in Season 3 where Mr. Howell becomes a magician, and tries to ward off a Island intruder. I think

It's in the ep:The Godess.The last episode of the series when
Killiwani,a king of the tribe came to the island to find a godess
to give in a sacrifice to the volcano god.Gilligan disguised himself
as a girl to spare the ladies.This scene is when Ginger & Mary Ann
put up a show for the king to take Gilligan away from the king who
fell in love with Gilligana and the girls present Mr.Howell who tried
to do some magic tricks.But,I didn't work

I can’t even use the excuse the scene was cut from my recording of the episode.
Tsk, tsk. I just couldn’t remember the sequence. I guess that’s good in a way because it keeps the later viewings of the episodes fresh.
Bring on season 3.
