If you ever been spanked by your parents,teacher,or principal,Does it
hurt.Do you ever cry.At home I always did because they hurt,but
at school I got paddled a few times,There were a few times when
I laughed back to class,but sometimes the paddlings stung and you
could never stop choking back tears.You people who live in them
states where they don't allow it are lucky. I was got paddled
in elementary school for forgetting to turn in my homework.I live in Texas.

I never got a clobbering at school,but my mum has hit me a few times.Sometimes i'd cry,if it hurt,but i would cry more because she hit me,not because it hurt.

WHAT?! They allow that in YOUR school? That's crap.

Luckily, no one has ever hit me at school, but my parents did it A LOT and they still do it to me and my siblings sometimes, usually my mom cuz she has a worse temper than my dad does. I don't cry as much now when my mom does it, I just curse at her in my head

. But when I do cry, I cry because it hurts emotionally more than it hurts physically. I hate having to go through that crap.

At my old grade school they did corporal punishment. It was a Christian grade school too. Only if you were REALLY bad you got the paddle. I assume they still do it at the school, but who knows. Always thought it was kind of stupid.

I only got spanked by my parents maybe like ONCE in my life and I don't remember if I cried or not.

Anyway, I never got hit. I may have gotten spanked when I was like 2, but after that, I just got yelled at.

I don't think teachers have a right to physically discipline a child that isn't theirs. Once I had a teacher that got fired for smacking one of my friends.

I never got hit at school but my mom used to spank me quite a bit with a wooden board up until I was around 11 years old. And yes, I cried during and after the spanking.

I only ever got spanked a couple times. I remember once when I was three I got spanked and I laughed which only made my father more mad lol

I don't thik theres anything wrong with getting spanked at school unless its done for a really dumb reason. People need a way to keep kids in line and believe me "time-out" isn't gonna do it.

In our school district, when you enroll your child they give you a form to sign allowing corporal punishment (even in Pre-K)! When my daughter got enrolled I emphatically pointed that if my child misbehaves in school I'd be called and I will take my child home and take care of 'bussiness' myself.
I wouldn't dare another person to touch my child !
