Mom's Funeral Was Yesterday - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Well, yesterday was mom's funeral and there was a lot of people; mostly from her side. It was a very long and hard day for all of us. I broke down twice; first when we got there and I went to look at the urn and then at the end when we were leaving and I said a final goodbye.

Her ashes are in a lovely box (like a jewelry type of box) and there were two pictures; one of her in a frame (5" by 7") and the other one is bigger but I'm not too sure of the size right now; I think it's an 8" by "10" and it's a collage that one of my brother's did from when she was very young until now.

There were two sets of flowers and my brothers' girlfriend brought a nice bouquet of white flowers. Everything is back at my parents' house including the urn which is now in a nice blue velvet bag.
