I feel a lot pressure inside my head.I wonder there be something wrong
with my brain.It feels so tight.I get dizzy and pass out sometimes.
Maybe I should see a doctor or something.

I was just reading about fainting in my medical book. If it's been going on for even just a couple days, do go see the doctor! It might be something small or a cover up for something serious. Better safe than sorry.

You're better off going to the doctor. Anything that causes you to have dizzy spells or faint, should be checked out.

Syncope (Fainting)

Common causes include:
anemia or blood loss
circulation problems
low blood pressure
irregular heart rhythm
hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
pregnancy
anxiety disorders
infections

I got that out of my Medical Assistant textbook. Most of them aren't serious, but they could become. So I'd definetly have it checked out.

I had felt like that once before and it turned out to be meningitice(sp?) go see a doctor!

Go to a doctor. Best case scenario, it's something minor...as cliché as it's going to sound, it's much better to be safe than sorry.
