When Donna gets tickets to the Packers game, Eric convinces the gang they should punt one ticket to his dad. Red is thrilled until he causes the guys to get thrown out of the game for unsportsmanlike behavior. Meanwhile, Kitty stays home and watches the game with Bob, and Jackie is still tackling emotional issues with Hyde.

Pretty much the best episode of the season and best episode of the last two seasons, even. I thought it was just hilarious. Red was wonderful, changing his mood with every situation and then, I loved seeing him proud of Eric for fighting and then disappointed when Eric told him where he learned his moves from.
Hyde and Jackie are my least favorite relationship on the show (heck, in all of TV) but the writers have done a superb job this season breaking them up. They've made things emotional; nothing silly. Mila Kunis has been outstanding in her role and I'm glad she's gone from the spoiled one-line-an-episode girl they've had the last two seasons. I thought the piano opening of "Tiny Dancer," was a wonderfully placed song, too, though I hated the way they cut it off. Oh well. Hyde/Kelso/Fez was fun too. Kelso/Fez are a little too stupid now, but at least it's funny and Hyde is a perfect foil. Eric's Bears jersey? Great gag. Donna with three hot dogs? Hilarious. Bob and Kitty? Again, great stuff. Thumbs way way way up. |

Wow. What just happened? That 70s Show was actually good! I loved this episode, best new one they've had in a long, long, long time. Eric and Red's interaction was great Fez, Kelso, and Hyde's dumb antics were actually funny, and I really am enjoying the Jackie/Hyde breakup. Plus Bob had something funny to do! The writers remembered Bob. Let's hope they can keep this level of comedy up for at least a few more episodes.

Yeah, I really thought this episode was downright funny and good especially with Eric kicking that Packer butt! It's the best in a real long time and yes, I hopefully will be able to get that 2nd chance of seeing T70sS in the near future. Like in life you always can get a 2nd chance.
