Default VH1's Michael Jackson's Secret Childhood

This comes on this Saturday at 9pm. I saw a commercial for it yesterday. I'm gonna check it out. They were showing old clips of Michael as a teenager & a kid. He was scared to death of his father Joe LOL.

Well if I were Michael I think I would have been scared of Joe too. His dad was an *******.

I feel bad for him. I think part of the reason he's so ****ed up now is because of his childhood.

I was reading a book about Michael in the bookstore yesterday about his life. His childhood was messed up. The kids in his neighborhood in Gary, Indiana used to tease him & his brothers cause they always had to practice music instead of playing outside cause Joe made them. When Michael was interviewed by Martin Bashir a few years ago, Michael told Martin that his father used to tease him about his nose & say you didn't get that nose from me. I think that's why Michael is so insecure about himself cause of how badly his father treated him as a youngster.

I really do feel sorry for Micheal.I think that his father is to blame for how Micheal turned out.He treated his kids like they were commodities and forced them to sing and dance all the time.Sure,it might have benefited them because they are successful, but Micheal never had a childhood which is why he acts like a kid now.I really think that Micheal is a little boy in a man's body, who never really grew up.As for the palstic surgery,i reckon his father's insults about his big nose, drove him to it.
Its a sad story really.

Pretty In Purple i agree with you. Joseph wanted to be a musician so since it didn't work out for him, he forced Michael & his brothers to be musicians. That's messed up cause no parent should force their kids to have a career that they don't wanna do especially at a young age. Michael probably would've turned out to be a better person if Joe didn't force him to be a singer. It's unfortunate he couldn't play with the other kids when he was young.

There are plenty of people with ****ed up childhoods who don't sleep with little boys and show them porno magazines.

I don't feel sorry for him at all. You reap what you sow.
