Is Fred Savage still waiting for his balls to drop? Is it just me,or does he have a really childlike voice,even though he's now a man?

Whoa....thats a tad harsh there.I love Fred Savage,and wont say a bad word against him.He does have a childlike voice,but that only makes him cuter.He voices Oswald the Octopus and his voice is perfect for it.I also love watching him in interviews,he's delightful.I bet he's a really top guy.
