Why I do Keep on getting this message Netscape has caused an arror in Blank,netscape will now close

firefox - it is actually based on the same code that Netscape is, anyways, back to your question...

does it just give you a pop-up error? does it give you an option for more details in the error message? what site are you on when it happens? have you recently done a spyware scan with AdAware and Spybot?

when did the problem start? does it do it when you are NOT connected to the net, or when Netscape is NOT open?

did you install or change anything before this started happening?

do you get the error as soon as you open Netscape, or when you go to certain webpages or do something specific?

i really need some more information here before we can figure out what is happening - could you post a screenshot of the error message? (Press the PrtScr key and paste it into Paint)
