Oh, I know! It was that Chloe worked at the copy place with Iaasic (sp?)-- Iaasic's sister, Jasmine, worked with Phoebe--and Phoebe was friends with Rachel.

(And naturally, they forgot that Gunther was roommates with Jasmine.)

Question: What was the name of Monica's and Ross' grandmother who passed away?
