Spence is still on but not Richy. I'm not sure why he was dropped but he was and they never mention him. They also don't have or never use the garage set anymore either. I think (i haven't seen this eppy yet) it was used in the ping pong eppy last season but thats it. I liked that set. It was a place that Doug could get away and hang out with his friends and stuff.

I'm pretty sure Richie left the show to pursue something else that was not successful. I also miss the garage set. To me, it had become kind of like a trademark to the show.

Yes, it was! Especially in the beginning. They never even mention his big screen TV either which was in like the first scene of the whole show! I'm starting to like the 1st and 2nd Seasons more and more.

Yep. From what I hear, Larry Romano left "The King of Queens" to do a pilot for a sitcom. It was never picked up. I don't know why he doesn't return. Kelly returned after her role on another show ended. I guess they figure Doug already has a circle of friends (Deacon, Spence, Danny) but I'd like to see Richie at least make a guest appearance.

Default I want Richie back!

Basically, I enjoy every character on the show. Especially Doug´s friends! And Richie had some really funny lines, e.g. in the pilot:

"Ey moose, question for you: Now that your wife´s sister moved in, the two of them ever, you know, get into an argument and maybe start whacking each other with pillows, next thing you know, a little playful wrestling leads to a lingering kiss? *priceless look on the other guys faces* I´m asking."

I love the epsiode where they traded Carrie's ring for a satellite dish. It was funny when they were checking out all of the channels.

This has probably been asked countless times before, but, does anyone know if Larry Ramano related to Ray Ramano?

I am not sure about that. Anyway for starters, its not Ramano; its Romano.
