Which dvd collection series is your favorite? If you had to pick one, do you prefer the various Walt Disney Treasures collections (Chronological Donald, The Complete Goofy, etc.) or the Looney Tunes Golden Collections (mix of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Road Runner, etc.)?

I can go with both the Looney Tunes Golden Collections and the Walt Disney Treasures collection, the only DVD I have on the Disney's Treasures series is the "Complete Pluto - Vol.1" and Volume 2 of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection DVD. But the third one I have is the 2 double-sided DVD collection of 60 classic cartoons featuring Popeye, Casper, Little Audrey, Superman, Felix the Cat, Mighty Mouse and more.

I like both brands too. I wish Hanna-Barbera did something. That would be cool

Great Avatar, vashti1999! I am a die hard Mets fan myself. I hope they will win one this year especially since they have both Beltran and Martinez. They are now gunning for Delgado.

I just got the Looney Tunes Gold Collection (Volume 1) for Christmas. Didn't get volume 2 yet, but eventually.
I don't mind really both collections since they were both part of the greatest animation ever made. And Disney was smart to feature a cartoon character's complete collection series. Anyway, they're both fun to have and bring back wonderful memories! ![]() I have LT Gold Vol. 1 like I said and also have the Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection (Volume 1). But I don't think I'll get the Spotlight Collection volume 2, I'd rather have both Gold collections since you get a huge assortment of classic cartoons and loads of behind-the-scenes goodies! That's what makes DVD's wonderful!

I don't have any of the Disney Treasures but I have both Looney Tunes Golden Collections, so it's obvious which one I picked.

I have both Looney Tunes Volumes, and it is good to see One Froggy Evening on DVD. I hope they put more on DVD like Tweet Zoo and others.

I think the Disney Treasures are put together better. Dividing them up in a coherent manner makes much more sense than just placing random cartoons in the sets.
(I'm also a much bigger Disney fan than Looney Tunes) I have all of the Disney Treasures, 14 I believe, yet still haven't gotten around to the Looney Tunes Collections. That pretty much says it all. |
