Default Anyone else guilty of only seeing a movie because you thought an actor in it was.....

Gorgeous?
Hands up,ME!
I went to see Black Hawk Down, although i HATE war movies and cant bear to watch them, because Joshua Hartnett is nice to look at Ok,give me some credit,i was only 17 back then I have grown up abit and i wont waste my money on a movie if i really aren't interested...
So i was wondering if anyone else has done the same thing...

For a short while I actually found Jennifer Love Hewitt attractive and during this period I went to see Can't Hardly Wait.

I can't think of seeing a film just because I thought one of the actors was hot. I think Kevin Bacon looked hot in Mystic River, but I saw the film because it looked interesting from the trailers. Same thing with Bourne Supremacy. Matt Damon is a really hot actor, but the plot of the film is what made me want to see it more than just who was in it. I think my dad is a person to do that. He likes to see any Jennifer Lopez film he can just because he thinks she's hot. I'm not talking Jennifer Lopez's films down, I think she's a great actress, but the only films I like of hers are: Anaconda, Selena and Angel Eyes.

I used to watch every movie that Nicholas Cage appeared in. I have given that up. I really prefer his earlier comedy movies. He was so funny way back then!(Moonstruck, Raising Arizona, Wild At Heart, etc.)

As of now I watch everything that Johnny Depp is in and so far I haven't been too disappointed.

Yes, I do see movies sometimes that look terrible but have good looking guys in them. Seriously, I think everyone has.

Yeah. I got suckered in to watching The Terminal because I love both Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Attack of the Clones...3 times...good movie...but not exactly my taste in a movie to spend $20 on. Ewan even had a beard in that movie and I still loved him.

I bought an old 80's movie off the clearance rack because Alan Kayser (Mama's Family) was in it. "Night Of The Creeps" OMG! It was terrible!
