Foxx tops SAG noms; Six pix tie for best cast nom

It was Jamie Foxx's day as the Screen Actors Guild nominated the thesp in four categories in its 11th annual awards: male lead and cast for U's "Ray," male support for DreamWorks' "Collateral" and male perf in a TV movie or miniseries for FX's "Redemption."

Oscar winner Hilary Swank followed with three noms, for female lead and cast in WB's "Million Dollar Baby" and female perf in a TV movie or miniseries for HBO's "Iron Jawed Angels."

Unable to decide on five nominees for perf by a cast in a motion picture, SAG voted a tie to produce six nominees: Miramax's "The Aviator" and "Finding Neverland," UA's "Hotel Rwanda," "MIllion Dollar Baby," "Ray" and Fox Searchlight's "Sideways."

Critical favorite "Sideways" also took three noms for actor (Paul Giamatti) and its supporting players Virginia Madsen and Thomas Haden Church.
