It is called "Mother May I?" and it is the one where Vanessa wears makeup against Claire's wishes.

If I'm not mistaken, this episode happened in the fourth season, and didn't they all end up getting accidentally locked out of the house when Theo conducted his fire drill?

Yep, Theo thought Claire had the keys and she thought Theo had them and as Cliff was walking out the door they tried to yell to him to leave the door open and it was too late, he was already outside. That was a good episode.
