Which season has the herring circus episode?

Well, I have the DVD and that scene is in the first season. The girls are sitting in the kitchen remembering when they first met and moved in. They had been fighting like cats and dogs and they all sat down at the table and Rose started talking about The Great Herring War. Rue and Bea couldn't keep a straight face when Betty was telling it.They turned their heads away from the camera because they were laughing so hard.
I liked it when Blanche said "I can't remember when I had more fun, and there wasn't even a man in the room." Or something to that effect.
What a great episode!
