Okay went to IMDB. The answer to the second quesiton is Susan Harrison,
she was in the episode "Five Characters in Search of and Exit," she is the ballerina.

Doug McClure was in the third episode "Mr. Denton on Doomsday". Can't remember if he appeared in any other episodes.
