This is the ultimate Seinfeld episode for me....more great lines than every other episode.....

"Bad Chicken, Mess you up"
"and a poorly made one even by rat hat standards"
"it's the wood that makes it good"
"Costanza!"
"These are load-bearing walls"
"Are these alive?" george hitting the glass butterfly case in Elaine/Peterman/s office
"Vile weed"
"Honey mustard me"
"That was gibberish"
"Are you an errand girl sent by grocery clerks to collect a bill"
"you're the only white warlord poet in the area"

I love Elaine and George in this episode.

"Dial 9, Merlin." That line never fails to make me laugh.

It is a full episode with a lot going on.
2 of my fav elements are the Jerry/Kramer role switching element, that included:

(Enter Jerry, his hair is like Kramer's. Jerry enters doing Kramer's slide)

JERRY: Hey everybody, I'm on no sleep, no sleep!. You don't know what it's like in there, all night long things are creeping and cracking. And that red light is burning my brain!

ELAINE: You look a little stressed.

JERRY: Oh I'm stressed!

...then Kramer doles out Jer-like advise and Jerry talks about Bob Saccamano

And 2;
I dig the whole Apocalypse Now parody at the last few scenes with Peterman (as Brando's Col. Kurtz) and Elaine (Martin Sheen/Capt Willard) in the Burmese jungle.
