The dude who played Jesus in Passion of the Christ was once a guest star on the Wonder Years! You learn something new every day.Was he the fellow that Kevin admired in one of the episodes? Well he went from that to Jesus-Wow!

Yep, a shocker, just confirmed at IMDB he was Bobby Riddle. He hasn't aged too much since then looking at his IMDB mugshot.

Who exactly was he on the Wonder Years? A friend of Kevin's, A friend of Wayne's?, A Friend of Jack's? Who was this charachter and was he only in one episode or was he a recurring charachter

Bobby Riddle, the star basketball player of Kevin's high school who never missed a shot. He appeared toward the last year of the show, and at the very end of the episode basically tells Kevin to get lost. As he walks away I always yell at the screen for Kevin: "Eat me, b*stard!"

was raised in mt vernon washington

he played hoops all through HS and was pretty good, his sr. year his team, Kennedy went to state but lost in first rd. ... his lil bro was player of year a few years after him ... JC was in frequency and thin red line, too ... nice jump shot, not a lotta D

.. saw him play many times in HS ... the wonder years episode was a good one, gotta lotta talk in Seattle b/c of caviezel at time

Gee... the wonder years really does kick star careers. Jim went on to play Jesus and Paul went on to become the anti-christ marilyn manson. (of course thats a huge untrue rumour but its funny)
