Anyone know this Unsolved Mystery

I was wondering if anyone knows the title to this episode of Unsolved Mysteries.

It involved a college student who found out information about students at the college he was attending.

He was later found dead in his bedroom of his parents house and they said it was suicide, although the way the body was positioned it was definitely murder.

Neighbors also saw a car circling the neighborhood erractically hours before the murder.

I thought it was a very creepy episode and should have been included on the murders dvd set.

Anyone know the name of episode or remember the episode?

Yes, I remember the story well. The boys name was Tommy Burkett. His parents have founded an organization (PACC, I think) and they have a website that talks about his case:

Before you click on it let me warn you, there is a disturbing picture of Tommy on the page that I don't remember seeing before. He has some obvious trauma to his face and he appears to be wearing a suit, so maybe it was taken in his casket. I just wanted to warn you guys in advance.

Thanks for the information. To me, this is one of the most bizarre murders ever on Unsolved Mysteries. This episode should definitely be on the Bizarre Murders DVD Set.

I know that the families have their own reasons for publishing these types of pictures on the internet, but man, when you're sitting alone at night at your computer and one of those photos pops up, it's enough to make you jump out of your chair!

yeah but the case is classified as a suicide so it would be politically incorrect to call it a murder

I know this is a very old thread, but I ran across this info at "whatreallyhappened.com" .....

Beyer himself, in the case of Tommy Burkett, ignored a broken jaw in order to rule that Burkett had killed himself with a gun. Despite having shown the autopsy photos to Burkett's father, Beyer later claimed (as he did with the Foster X-rays) that they had never really existed. After a second autopsy, the case was reopened as a homicide. [emphasis mine]
