Default 2005: Year of the Siblings

It's a new year, and it's time to make way for siblings of famous celebrities to make it big. From the poll posted above, who will have a breakout year in 2005?

I think Ashlee Simpson will probably be the biggest, she seems to be out there more, and she has to be pretty much, just to get other people's minds off of her SNL debacle.

Although I do think Jamie-Lynn Spears is coming up. She looks like she is having more things on her plate. Hopefully she won't feel the need to turn into a whore like her sister did.

Ashlee because she has alot of things going for her right now

Haylie Duff, she'll never step out of Hilary's shadow.

Nicky Hilton, she doesn't seem like Paris at all. I know she designs hand bags and all, but I highly doubt she'll be doing the showbiz stuff that Paris does.

Jamie Lynn Spears, she'll never step out of Britneys shadow either. I haven't heard her sing but she sure as hell can't act.

Agreed!

Ashlee sucks, she's just a stupid label product (though MANY artist that people consider to be "talented" are too)

If Nicky Hilton wanted to be in the spotlight she would've come into it by now.

Jamie Lynn I couldn't care less about either! She's another reason why Nickelodeon's All That sucks so badly now.

Haylie Duff--who? I've heard of her but seriously, she's a nobody.

So are the rest of them though

How can you call Ashlee Simpson a nobody? Her debut CD has sold 3 million copies. A "nobody" is generally someone is who unknown and doesn't have much fame.

Since most of you voted for Ashlee, here's a side question: How could you have a breakout year if it began when 72,000 people at the Orange Bowl boo you when you perform an altered version of "Lala"?! That's just not right!

How could you not have a breakout year when you album sells 3 million copies and goes to number 1? Before 2004 Ashlee was virtually unknown, and she is far from unknown now, so yes she did have a "breakout" year
