A 2.2/5!!!
NBC Wins Sunday as ABC's 'Housewives' Sits Out Monday January 3 3:39 PM ET With "Desperate Housewives" sitting out the night, NBC was back on top of the Sunday standings with solid performances from dramas "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and "Crossing Jordan." ABC was way off of its game with a weak turnout for its 9-11 p.m. "Dynasty: Making of a Guilty Pleasure" TV movie, which brought in only 5.9 million viewers and 2.2 rating/5 share in the adults 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary estimates from Nielsen Media Research. "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" hit its second-highest marks of the season the 9 p.m. hour where it has trailed ABC's red-hot "Housewives" since the latter show arrived on the scene in October. "Criminal Intent" was the night's most-watched program with an average of 14.9 million viewers and 4.8/11 in adults 18-49. At 10 p.m., "Jordan" (14.1 million, 4.6/12) easily won the hour against ABC's "Dynasty" and CBS' telecast of theatrical "Behind Enemy Lines." NBC also had a better-than-usual start to the night with a solid delivery from 7 p.m. newsmagazine "Dateline NBC" (12.9 million, 3.1/8), which benefited 8 p.m. drama "American Dreams" (8.3 million, 2.6/6). CBS' schedule was thrown off for the night by a football overrun that spilled over into at least the first half-hour of primetime. Fox ran fourth for the night with its 7-10 p.m. telecast of the 1994 Arnold Schwarzenegger hit "True Lies" (7.1 million, 2.9/7). For the night, NBC prevailed in total viewers (12.5 million) and adults 18-49 (3.8/9). Reuters/Hollywood Reporter |

I only saw a few minutes of "Dynasty: Making of a Guilty Pleasure," but it looked amusing and interesting enough. I guess nobody really cared about the making of Dynasty.

The movie wasn't very good...it was passable, but I thought the writing and acting weren't that great. There were so many inaccuracies in terms of the show and the timeline, which really bothered me. The only person I really liked was the woman who played Joan Collins.
I'm not surprised it bombed. |

The movie really stunk... They didn't even mention Fallon, Adam or Jeff! They only had "Catherine Oxenberg" in ONE SCENE the whole movie and they had people in scenes that they never were in. For example they had Heather Lockelear in the Mondolvian Massacere which Sami-Jo never appeared in! They also had some scenes take place where they didn't happen... for example one scene which clearly occured in the Carrington Mansion in show was set in the Colbyco offices in the movie... stuff like that... also most of the actors looked NOTHING like the real cast...

I have never seen Dynasty, but however I did watch this movie. I seem to be the only one who enjoyed it. (The fact that I had never seen the show would probably be the reason.) But I liked the actors especially the woman who played 'Esther' She was also on Kindergarten Cop I believe.
