Caught "White Noise" last night. what a let-down. Such a potentially scary premise. When I 1st saw the trailers, & they played some actual EVPs I was very psyched...then I saw Michael Keaton. I don't have a problem w/ him per se, but the scare factor went right out the window when I realized it wasn't a documentary-type film. But I was still a little curious since I'd seen some shows on EVPs recently.
It was just a scarefest (sudden noises etc) & then (d)evolved into a humorless version of "Ghost". (Swayze/ Moore) *horn section*--> Wah Wahhh!!! |
