My sister sent me some of the pictures she took this past Christmas down here with all the snow. I still can't believe we had 5 inches in the back yard. So here are the pics.

Yah, all that snow missed the part of TX I live in and went right to the south of the state. The ones like me that live closer to OK didn't got as much or any at all

Yes, in winter. I wear a t-shirt, pants, and a jacket.

Most people down here don't own any type of snow clothes. Some of us (those who have lived in snow) still had old coats and gloves. People were just layering on clothes to try to stay dry. When one set got soaked they went to the next set of clothes.

They had been predicting snow for a week but nobody believed it. I mean it hasn't snowed on Christmas day in over 100 years down here.

I should have some more pics on Tuesday (if I remember to pick them up) and I'll probably have them on here Wednesday or so.

I may live in TX but I ain't no fool. Always have my warm gear handy for when the weather decides to change.
Can you believe that this past two days it's been unseasonably warm so we are wearing short while last week we were freezing!
