Despite the whole world knowing of her conceiving a child with then-boyfriend (and future husband) Pierce Brosnan, once she started to 'show', they only filmed her from behind file cabinets and, in the last few segments before she bore her firstborn, they had tight shots of from the neck up. I didn't understand why they felt they had to be so coy when this was all over the news!
