hello friends, I am Spanish reason why I feel if my english is not good long ago that I look for a song that sang claire with its father in an episode, sang to capella something : we belong together. somebody say me to inform on this song thanks

The song is called"We Belong Together" By Shelton Becton. I was trying to find the words to the other song that Clair sang at the Graduation at Hilmman"All good things will be rendered unto you"

The actor was jazz singer Joe Williams. What was the name of the song they sang together and who wrote, I've been trying to find the lyrics for like 2 hours now!! It's driving me nuts!
