I'm not a big fan of KISS, but I've heard one song by Gene Simmons on his 1978 solo album was the song from both the movie "Pinocchio" and the TV series "Disneyland" called "When You Wish Upon a Star". That was the only song I heard on that album.

I don't really get out a lot. When I do go out, I couldn't be happier. I love being in a nice milieu. I'm as happy as a clam. Just as long as I'm not in some club playing hip-hop. You hear that sort of thing in a lot of places. That's not my milieu. Rock and roll is good-time music. I love rock. So did my parents. |

Gene Simmons's Kiss solo album contained antoher song called "She's Radioactive," whose poignant, meaningful lyrics went something like this:
She's radioactive! She's radioactive! She's radioactive! And I gotta make her mine! This song wasn't so popular in southern Pennsylvania when the Three Mile Island disaster occurred a few months later. The LP also inculded a duet with his then-girlfriend Cher.

The only Gene Simmons solo work I'm familiar with is his awful, awful cover version of The Prodigy's 'Firestarter'. I believe it's featured on his 'Assh0le' album. That song is so terrible I can't even begin to describe it. And the video that accompanies it is so bad that it's almost painful to watch.
