Yes there was, and produced by George Burns who was out of it by the time it got on the air, though very likely why Larry Keating ended up in as he was one of the Harry Mortons (the best) in Burns & Allen.

And yes there was one government promotional (never on TV but in theaters as a short) film.

I have seen neither on DVD but only on (likely very poor quality) VHS.
