I'm startingto get a cold. Last night I woke up couging few times, and I have to be somewhere tonight and I got to work in the morning.So I can't take any thing that makes me sleepy. I work with the public and I have not gotton my fle shot yet.I hope it don't get worse. Other then that how are you doing today or night. Have you gott a cold yet? Oh Happy winter where ever you are.

Today actually. All day today my throat felt swollen, and my head just felt so light, yet heavy at the same time. I felt like I was flying. Then I smacked my nail HARD on a bar and whenever I whack my nail on something, I get really nauscious. So then it went numb and I could feel myself getting sick and things were starting to go black so I had to sit down.

It's just now starting to go away. I've had it for over a week.

Yep, I had one last week. I carried a box of tissues with me to all of my finals.

Ya, already I've had a brutal sinus infection and bronchitus so bad that they thought it was walking pneumonia. I get sick every year without fail.

I've had a cold at least twice. Once was in August. It was really nasty.

I got a cold earlier this month but I took some acetomenaphin at the beginning so my symptoms weren't as bad as they could have been.

If you get sick a lot, one thing that might help build your immune system up is to excercise a lot. I've been swimming at the YMCA since May and that has helped.

I had a bad cold for about three weeks that I've just got over recently. It sucked. I was coughing up phlem all the time, had canker sores and a stuffed up nose. I was drinking lots and lots of tea every day. Usually I don't get colds very bad, but the last one I had was I think the worst I ever had.
