Angry Apparently it's very dangerous to be...

...pregnant nowadays. If your husband doesn't kill you, some crazy lady who wants your baby to keep her own husband will. Pregnancy is supposed to be a happy time, and now it's become where you'll have to watch your back because you might get killed. This world sucks.

Don't let that bum you out too much. It was one psycho. The worlds a great place. You're just looking at it in the wrong direction. Merry XMas anyways.

And if you find that resort where Lindsay, Ashlee and Jessica would be eaten for lunch [hopefully not before much tearing off their limbs while they're still alive and much bloodletting] let me know and I'll help pay their fare there!

Anyway, I just read that story about that lady who was killed in Missouri and they took her baby right out of her half-dead body. It said the woman who killed her had lost a baby and tried to fool her husband into thinking this one was really hers.

This may not sound real nice but it's sick freaks like her that really need to be sent to the gas chamber or bring back the electric chair. There are just too many sick nuts running around that need to be taken off the planet. And the sooner the better.

Here's what makes me crazy. The woman who killed her AND cut the baby out will be found insane and will be sent to some cushy nut farm. AND what's really disturbing is that she may get some national press out of this and milk it. TV interviews, trial coverage, etc. I wish people would turn away from this and let true justice take it's course.

It sounds easy on paper but the insanity defense is tough to pull off in practice. If she pleads insanity, her lawyer would have to prove that she didn't or was not able to know whether she knew right from wrong when she committed the crime. It's called the M'naughten Rule. From what I read, she appeared to have planned it out and knew what she was doing. To me, I doubt insanity would fly in this case.

I'm with you. I mean, sure she was insane...she killed a woman in cold blood a stole her baby! That's not a sane thing. But instead of getting the punishment she deserves, she'll get treatment for a mental illness she probably doesn't have. I firmly believe she knew what she was doing. Looks like she had it all planned out.

A plot similar to this has been played out on both All My Children and One Life to Live all year long.

It's disgusting...

Don't you think that somebody would have to have a mental illness to do something like this?
