This is by far my favourate/funniest episode, but I can't remember what it is called or even which series it is from.

I think it is JD's fantasy or something, and Eliot is in a weird nurses outfit chewing bubble gum with a load of black eyeliner etc

Any idea?

It's the episode 'My Interpretation', but it's Turk who is having the dreams about Elliot, including the sexy nurse one.
