I have been watching Boy Meets World for a long time but I did not see the Finale may someone tell me what happened

Here is what happens in the Series Finale.
In an old clip-filled finale, Cory and Topanga prepare for a new life in New York. It turns out that Eric and Shawn are going with them, and Rachel and Jack are joining the peace corp, to see the world. An excellent episode to end this great series. Boy Meets World will be missed, and I hope that everyone enjoyed the show in the seven year run. Long live re-runs.

It was so touching when they all said good-bye to Mr. Feeny one at a time. I don't remember what Cory said, but Topanga told him that he was more of a father to her than her own father. Then Shawn thanked him for never giving up on him. Not even once. It was a real tender and fragile moment.
