Has anyone here ever downloaded any of the classic soap episodes from SoapCity.com? After you download them can you burn them to dvd, or do they use some kind of encryption to block that sort of thing?

I've downloaded classic episodes and I love that they offer them. And no, you can't burn them to a CD or DVD.

I downloaded some classic Y&R ones in the past. You can burn them onto a CD or DVD, but the episode is still only good for the 30 days or however many that you buy it for.

Basically I think it's best to just leave them on your computer. That way you won't waste DVD's since they will be useless once the episodes are no longer watchable. |
