What's up with all the fighting? Can we clear the air? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

What's the cause of all the fighting and problems lately? Can we clear the air? Are people just extra sensitive because of the holidays?

Do I need to make some serious changes to the boards and just start cleaning house and banning/suspending the troublemakers?

The 'stalking' of members - following them around and posting in threads and on other boards - has become a major problem I think. That's just looking for trouble.

I don't want to have to close Chit Chat, but it seems a few people are trying to get that accomplished. If that's your goal, you are close to succeeding.

Ive noticed lil fights too- over stupid things. People following others around to use it for later.

Without mentioning any names, there are two members who have formed a nasty sarcastic tag team. They break into threads with nothing but trouble on their minds. They harass and make fun of members and their posts.

They laugh like fools at each other's jokes and insults. A third member is involved to a lesser degree. This person just acts as the official backup and kissass....quotes the tag team and agrees with their sarcasm and insults.

It's the most immature and cruelest thing I've witnessed on this site since the gangup on me last year, which of course, involved the sarcastic tag team.

Everyone is talking about this behind the scenes, but nothing is being done about it.

That team, and another member who constantly breaks rules, political and otherwise, are the main problem on the boards these days.

This is turning into a game of Clue. Find the tag team, and then see who follows them around like a puppy laughing at their cruelty. If one of the sarcastic tag team stops short, the puppy dog will end up their arses. The puppy's a brown-noser anyway, so it makes sense.
