Sience I was a little kid, I've had the habit to put my feet up whenever I sit in a chair. Now my knees always acke and hurt.
I know it's from my habit, but should I go to a doctor? Has this ever happened to anyone else? |

What you're describing doesn't sound too serious. Maybe just try to break the habit of putting your feet up when sitting in a chair. See if it helps take the pain in your knees away. |

I have the worst knees in the world. My knee caps sit too high and one sits off to the side and I've sprained them both more than once. The snap, pop, and make all sorts of obnoxious noises. If I were you, yeah, I'd go and at least get X-Rays. If there is something wrong, you definetly don't want it to get worse. And with knees, it will.
