Surely it's Daisy Moses (i.e. "Granny"). My choice for runner-up would be the deliciously self-centered Margaret Farquahar Drysdale.

Well Jethro was the scholar of the group, he made it all the way to the 6th grade. He also thought that this qualified him to become a Doctor. But the way he put away food was priceless, in fact he needed a picnic basket just to carry his lunch!

had to put up with both the antics of his kin and the greedy
manipulations of Drysdale.

Well Irene Ryan can't be overlooked....what can you say about feisty Granny? She was superb. But I also enjoyed watching Mrs. Drysdale...any episode with her in it is usually a lot of fun to watch. Jane Hathaway was cool too.
