Carlton for his dancing, love of Tom Jones and his stuck up, self absorbed spoiled rich kid attitude. The way he constantly over-reacts to things is hilarious too.

I do like Will, although I did begin to get a bit tired of him when the college episodes started.

That's not easy. Mmmm I like both. Both are funny. But I prefere a little bit Will Smith. I only started to watch the Sitcom because of Will Smith. But the Sitcom wouldn't be so funny when Carlton is not in it.

This is hard because both Will & Carlton are real funny! I'd have to go with Carlton, some of the stuff he did was funnier than Will's at times.
