The first one was way more compatible with James Avery than Daphene Maxwell Reid. The second just seemed there and did not bring anything into the role.

What do you guys think they should have done with Vivian? Rather than replace her.

the first vivian was WAY better than the second. the second one acted like a true snob.

Janet Hubert was the best Vivian hands down. I still feel that she, Will and the producers could've ironed out their differences.

Vote vote goes to Vivian #2. I really give Vivian #1 props because she was perfect in the role, but I like Daphne Maxwell-Reid.
