I just watched this magnificent episode again last night and thought I saw something at the end which I've never noticed before that could fall into the "TDVDS inconsistencies" category.
For dinner, Ritchie had a hamburger, Laura had Chinese food and Rob had spaghetti and meatballs. At the very end as the scene is fading to black, it looks like Rob picks up chopsticks to eat his spaghetti! Shouldn't it be Laura with the chopsticks? Another thing about that episode that I've wondered about for years - during the argument Rob said he lost his wallet. In the office he said he spent the night in the garage because he forgot the car keys and wasn't going back in the house to get them. With no money and no car keys, how did Rob get to work the next morning? These facts doesn't make the episode any less funny; just picky little things to muse over. |

He may have either asked Jerry to drive him in or hitched!
I love MTM's "Snow White" routine in this episode! |

I love Rob's impression of Fred Astaire and his little skippy walk. He nails it.

I've forgotten the one where he compares himself to Gene Kelly and Donald O'Connor (which ep is that?). I am a HUGE, HUGE fan of both Donald and Gene and was really tickled when I heard the reference.
Off-side remark. Gene was a dancer from childhood; Donald was self-taught, never had a lesson. Says a lot about Donald, eh? |
