Exactly, he was pointing to a billboard, either for Winston or for Kelloggs depending on the week.

in the episodes where Kelloggs was the sponsor, it was a Kelloggs Cornflakes billboard and they'd have another verse to the theme: NOW COME ALONG AND VISIT WITH THE CLAMPETT FAM-I-LY, AS THEY LEARN THE SIMPLE PLEASURES OF THE HILLS OF BEV-ER-LY, AND THAT INCLUDES THE PRODUCTS OF OUR SPONSOR OF THE WEEK, THE CEREALS OF KELLOGGS, KELLOGGS OF BATTLE CREEK, K-E-DOUBLE L O DOUBLE GOOD, KELLOGGS BEST TO YOU
(some weeks the last part was changed to CORNIEST FLAKES, ANYBODY MAKES-KELLOGGS)

and when Winston was the sponsor they'd drive past a Winston truck and the last verse of the theme would be: NOW COME ALONG AND VISIT WITH THE CLAMPETT FAM-I-LY, AS THEY TAKE YOU TO THEIR MANSION IN THE HILLS OF BEV-ER-LY, AND WHEN THEY DO YOU'LL RUN INTO A FREIND OF THERES YOU'VE MET, THERE GOOD OLD FRIEND WITH FILTER BLEND, WINSTON CIGGERETTE.
