how long is Vince supposed to stick around?

I keep hearing conflicted things. I've heard 5 episodes, 6, 10 and even 13 episodes throughout the season. Another report says he's supposed to be a regular soon.

I hope he's gonna be around for awhile, he's grown on me pretty quickly.
