Default 12/5/04 - Good Grief

Hilarious.

What more is there to say?

Gob falling through the trap door into the hole, then the coffin landing on him: priceless. The Charlie Brown Christmas music was a funny touch as well. Thank goodness there's no sophomore slump here.

It was AWESOME. I loved the Charlie Brown bit. Anybody notice snoopy's dog house?? It actually had a dog sleeping on top! It was in the background for three seconds as George Michael walked by.

Was the Charlie Brown thing at the end? I missed the ending. The last thing that I saw was the memorial service, George-Michael told his dad that he had pop-pop in the attic, and after that I had to go.

What happened after that? Did they realize that George Sr. was still alive and in the house? What's happening next week?

The Charlie Brown thing was throughout the episode. If you're familiar with A Charlie Brown Christmas, there's a song that goes "Christmastime is here, happiness and cheer"...etc. They played the instrumental from that song everytime a character on AD was sad or dejected over something, similar to the way Charlie Brown was depressed in the cartoon. It was funny.

George Sr. is still hiding. Michael told the family that he was in the attic but later he helped George Sr. convince the family that he'd escaped out of the attic window after George Sr. said he wasn't ready to come out of hiding yet (or something like that, I forget how it went exactly).

Next week, Gob makes the cover of POOF magazine.

Well, not really next week.... but yeah, that was funny.

The more I think about.... all I can think is that the Charlie Brown Christmas music may be the funniest thing ever.

Ohh ****, I'm so slow. I just realized.... the episode title was "Good Grief"

.... which explains the Charlie Brown music.

hahahaha
now it's even funnier.
