Alice - Episode #61 "What're You Doing New Year's Eve?" The episode deals with Flo not having a date on New Year's Eve and everyone else does.

Didn't The Odd Couple have an episode in which we see three different versions of Oscar and Blanche's breakup on New Year's Eve?

Friends had three - one where they had a New Year's party, another about each trying to keep their resolutions, and another about Ross, Monica and Joey being "party people" at Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve.
Frasier had at least one, with all three Crane men taking another road trip in the Winnebago. Seinfeld had a New Year's related plotline, with Kramer and Newman planning their parties for the millennium. |

This doesn't really count, but I'll mention it. The first episode of "Futurama" is set on New Year's Eve. That's when Fry gets frozen. He wakes up on December 31, 2999. So the whole episode is New Year's Eve.
"Saved by the Bell: The New Class" also had one in season 3. "The Honeymooners", one of the lost episodes was a New Year's Eve episode. |

TOW the Monkey was Monica's new year's eve party where everyone had vowed to not bring a date...also the first appearance of Ross' pet Marcel.. joey kissed chandler and janice was a guest...phoebe first met science guy...
TOW the Resolutions ...possibly one of the most hilarious episodes ever...the funniest scene...ross in the leather pants, chandler can't make jokes and phoebe tries to teach joey guitar. TOW the Routine....Joey and the Gellers on New Years Rocking Eve with Joey's roommate where they do "the routine." that should clear up those episodes. |

"The Jack Benny show" had at least 1 that I know of.
(of course, "The Jack Benny show" wasn't always a sitcom. Sometimes it was a sitcom/variety show, sometimes a straight variety show, and sometimes it was a straight sitcom. |

"MASH" had one. It was called "A war for all seasons" and started on New Years eve 1950, went through the whole year, and ended on New Years eve, 1951. A LOT of people, though, don't like it (including me) because it was a later episode with Col. Potter, B.J., and Charles, and it just throws the entire timeline out the window, and ignores Col. Blake, Frank Burns, etc....
Didn't "Barney Miller" have one, once?
