What sitcom character looked like this? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi. I was watching Conan O'Brien the other night and they had a guy on named Craig Bierko. It was driving me nuts because I thought I recognized him, but I couldn't place him. But then I decided I didn't actually recognize him, he just looked very similar to someone else I had seen on a sitcom somewhat recently. The person I was thinking of, from the sitcom, played a frantic character usually intent on some convoluted task. But I can't figure out what sitcom this would have been. If you look at the image of Craig Bierko at the link below, can you figure out who it is I might be thinking of? Thanks for any help.

That guy was on an early episode of Wings. Though I have no idea who he might look like.

He was recently in The Music man on broadway. On TV, he was on ER as one of Corday's lovers. He was also on an episode of murphy Brown recently on N@N.

He was also on the short lived 1994-95 sitcom "Madman Of The People" with Dabney Coleman.
