Who is your favorite all-time morning show team? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

My favorites were Tom Brokaw and Jane Pauley of The Today Show. You can tell those two genuinely liked each other and they were friends.

I love Charles Gibson and Joan Lunden. They looked like they had fun doing Good Morning America together. You can tell Charlie was sad when Joan was forced off the show.

I love the team of Katie Couric and Matt Lauer. They act more like brother and sister and the banter they have is cute.

The worse was David Hartman and any of his female co-hosts except Joan Lunden. She slowly worked her way in taken the GMA from under him. You can watch the show when Nancy Dussault and Sandy Hill co-hosted with him that he was practically tying their hands and sealing their lips. They talked and moved when he pulled the string. Joan went along with it but thanks to Barbara Walters advice she picked and choose her battles and it worked well for her at the end.

Current:
Robin Roberts & George Stephanopoulos- I like them better with Michael Strathan, Amy Robach, Lara Spencer & Ginger Zee backing them on GMA primarily.
Savannah Guthrie & Hoda Kotb- That pairing on Today Show is more enjoyable to watch each weekday(since Matt Lauer was gone 4 months earlier) because their on-air interactions with their fellow show colleagues is an A+ & their interviews with people made more sense

Past:
Paula Zahn & Harry Smith
Regis Philbin & Kathie Lee Gifford- they both did Live from 1988 to 2000, they also did a local "The Morning Show" program from 1985 to 1988.
Diane Sawyer & Robin Roberts

Present:
Jalen Rose, Mike Greenberg & Michelle Beadle
Eileen Cardet & Jorge Hernandez- Luckily both been anchoring together on a morning newscast for 7 years now at Univision's local Miami affiliate
