Default Dvd?

How long do you think it will take for this show to come out on DVD? I know the first season is not over, I'm just curious.

Well there's already rumors of Lost coming out on DVD in about a year, and since both Lost and DH are owned by Buena Vista, I think that we might get a DVD release about the same time, I think they'd release Lost and DH together

I can see both being release the Tuesday before the week in which the second seasons premiere.

So, maybe, late September.

I think there'll be a release next year too, but I think they'll release it a little earlier than the Tuesday before, just so they give people enough time where they don't have to cram in viewing the whole season's worth of shows in less than a week to catch up.

Like the third season of 24 is coming out roughly a month before the 4th season premiere, and we had a couple of weeks between Arrested D season 1 dvd and the season 2 premiere. They gotta give us more than a week.

I think they'll either do it before Season 2 premieres, or about this time next year, part way through Season 2, maybe around November or in time for Christmas

Holiday releases are a possibility. The show is so hugely popular it almost doesn't matter when they release it, it's not like it has to capitalize on anything. People would probably snap up these dvds right away.

I agree, I know like with Smallville, Warner releases it 6 months apart, they usually do the new releases of the previous season a few months into the new season.

I saw on tvshowsondvd.com that Lost is rumored to come out on DVD about this time next year, so if it's true, I figure they'll do DH at the same time

I love Desperate Housewives but I dunno if I'd buy a DVD for it...especially when it's still fresh and still on the air and has no signs of stopping!
