I think I have seen roughly 90% of the cases that have been shown on Unsolved Mysteries but I never recall seeing a case that involved that.

I wasn't sure if they ever did a story on it...it wasn't exactly a "mystery", but heavens it was weird!!!
There is some info about it on the HBO "Autopsy" site...I might've heard about it on the old Ripley's Believe It Or Not show in the 80's with Jack Palance. If anyone finds any extra info on this topic, et me know, please! Thanx!

They did a whole detailed segment on this on Autopsy on HBO. I hope this helps.

I'd love to see more of the autopsy photos. I have seen the few pix on the HBO website, but I don't get HBO on TV so I'm not able to get more info. I read the book "Undying Love" by Ben Harrison, a Key West attorney, but they led to a few questions that are not really addressed in the book...It was a totally gross case and I guess I have a morbid curiosity...SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
