Did that episode of SVU really, really piss anyone off? I didnt know it was going to come to a vote, that is just plain lazy, I expect a god damn verdict, even if just to give us a hung jury, they should have given us some evidence.
BTW, the guy was clearly innocent...or, there was at least reasonable doubt |

I watched this lastnight and believe that the guy accused is innocent too. The girl that accused him of rape was caught lying more than once and I believe her 'attempted suicide' was clearly staged.
I think they want viewers to log in at the http://www.nbc.com to vote on verdict. I'll try to vote today.

It wont show it next week.
However, I did go vote not guilty, last I checked, it was something like 66% said Not Guilty, 17% said Guilty, and 17% said Not Enough Evidence to Tell (Which in our legal system is not guilty) They really should have announced a verdict, even just to say there was a hung jury. |

How come they won't show next week's episode? I can't believe that girl said that detective Stabler tried to rape her when all he was doing was trying to help her out by giving her a ride home. That's so typical of women to lie on men like that.

She didn't say he was trying to rape her but that he was groping her. When I heard that that's when I knew she had mental issues. I didn't care for the abrupt ending either but the dude was innocent of rape. I'm not an expert by any means but his injuries, which was not entered in the courtroom seem more like rough sex! What was interesting about that episode was how they toss suspision on the professor and the artist.
These writers should really be rewarded this seasons for the execellent output of stories thus far!!!! |
