Post Was Kathy, Wheelchair Girl Really Necessary

OR WAS IT JUST THE PC AGE of the 1980s that we show a wheelchair person who can be just as annoying as anybody else.

PC: Does this mean Politically Correct or Personal Computer? I remember personal computers being popular in the 1980s (the phrase, specifically, since they were so new, especially in homes--remember those 5-1/4 inch diskettes, green screens, and dot matrix printers?).

Of course she was necessary for the show. The show was there to teach kids a lesson on each show err almost every show.

They showed it was alright to have a some as a friend who was different then others.

Was Sam really necessary? Why did he have to take Kimberly's place for?
Was Pearl the housekeeper necessary? She was not funny at all.

Was Dudly really necessary? He really wasn't funny and annoying at times.

Was the second Mrs. Drummond necessary? God she was annoying as heck.

Guess Sam was on to show people you can't be cute and annoying at same time, so they gave him annoying.

The other two Pearl and the second Mrs. Drummond were well have no idea why they were even on.

What I said makes no sense as to what you people said about Kathy. Then to go make fun of her because she is really in a wheel chair in real life makes it even more stupidier to think you people actually think it is funny to make fun of handicapped people.

Yeah some people who have handicapps are mean and nasty because they feel out of place and are constanly asking what did I deserve to be like this why can't I be like everyone else who is not handicapped.

Take a look at my aviator and see who it is.

I always liked Kathy. At least she had a personality which is more then Sam or Mrs. Drummond had. LOL

I think it was a lesson of the 80's to teach people not to treat people with disabilities differently.
